Trecoed Farm Bed and Breakfast is a working farm situated deep in the countryside surrounding Builth Wells. The property is an old traditional farmhouse and retains many original features and charm.
Relax and enjoy the seclusion and peacefulness of Trecoed Farm, just outside Builth Wells, where upon your arrival you will be greeted with a nice hot drink.
Packed lunches are available upon request.
All 3 bedrooms are of a very high standard of furnishings and fabrics. We have a double room en-suite, a twin room en-suite and a single room with a vanity unit and a private bathroom.
We have ample off-road parking with lock up facilities for equipment such as bikes, motor bikes and golfing equipment. We also provide free WiFi throughout the property for the use of our guests.
Our Bed & Breakfast is ideally situated for walkers, hikers, mountain bikers, or just for that relaxing peaceful break enjoying the sights of Mid-Wales.

Double Room with ensuite – £80 per night including breakfast

This is a spacious room recently redecorated to a very high standard with the original oak beam running halfway through the room and the traditional original farmhouse door. In addition this room has a very smart fully tiled en-suite with shower, plenty of wardrobe & drawer space and two comfy wicker chairs. On the horizon you’ll get to see the joy of the rolling hills that surround us which are home to an abundance of wildlife and farm animals such as sheep, cows and horses.

This is a bright and sunny room decorated to a very high standard with a sage theme. There is ample space for storage in the traditional wooden wardrobe and drawers. The room includes a vanity unit and a floor to ceiling fully tiled en-suite with shower. Our twin room has very pleasant views of the rear of the house with the open farm meadow and the various woodlands surrounding it. The rear of the house is a perfect location to spot various species of wildlife including foxes, badgers and barn owls. Frequent visitors include the red kites which have been re-introduced into the local area.

This charming room has an oak bed, ample wardrobe & drawer space and it’s own vanity unit. This is a bright and fresh room which has it’s own private bathroom including a bath. Welcoming you into this room is the traditional original farmhouse door. This room is located at the front of the house enjoying the same enjoyable view as our double bedroom.
